i don noe abt united enirotech.. but i feel sinomem since the EPS is like doubling.. i feel they should reward the shareholder with double the dividend as well.. haha.. last yr they gave 1 cents per share.. this yr i hope they give 2cents per share at least.. haha.. :D |

compared to united environtech, is sinomem better? which will reap a better return over mid to long term? which has more water projects? which give higher dividends? thanks for opinions. |

Still delivering results...just have to be patient for the herd to rush in.. The company released its Q3-2010 results last night which showed very strong growth. Highlights of the results are as follows: a) revenue for Q3-2010 was higher by 55% to S$41.4mn while nine month revenue was higher by 38% to S$98.76mn b) net profit was higher by 101% to S$10.2mn while nine month net profit rose 68% to S$26.3mn c) EPS for Q3-2010 was 2.2 cents while nine month EPS was 5.4 cents d) NAV was S$0.53 cents up from S$0.50 e) Balance sheet remains healthy with gross cash of S$41mn and net cash of S$11mn. f) The forward looking statement is cautiously optimisitic for the water treatment segment where the Group has secured 19 projects and also for the membrane process and engineering segment even though the latter is facing more competition. |

From the website, its ROE for 2007 was 15.8% and 9.1% for 2009. 2008 was down due to crisis. As of 3Q this year, price to book is only 0.94. If this year's EPS is 6.0cents, being conservative as 3Q already stands at 5.35cents, then PE would only be 8.3. More cash than debt and no convertible bonds to dilute shares. With quite diverse business in quite a few locations in china. Hard to manipulate stock too as founder Dr Lan Weiguang holds 46% of holdings. Pretty undervalued i would say. heheh suddenly my interest in this counter seems to increase a lot :) | ||
