My wealth is growing at an exponential rate, whatever they are paying me, I'll be able to make that amount and more within the next few years.

Also, I have time freedom, I can do whatever I want whenever I want.

Why do I want to go back to a corporate life, tie down to a desk and pretend to like my boss?

No offends to people who work 9 to 5.

By the way, it's not just financial people...

There are even medical doctors, and those from other professions, who have done well trading.

This they invariably did after some years of being 'in the market trenches'.

But their market achievements vary, though, depending on their innate aptitude and skills.  Smiley

It's a true fact, no point working for corporation whether it is local or MNC.

Many people in the financial corporation have left and set out on their own.

They trade on their own and can make many times more than their previous drawn salary.

Other than the brokerage/commission rates payable, a Clearing Fee of 0.04% on contract value, subject to a maximum of S$600, a SGX Trading Fee of 0.0075% on contract value, and GST of 7.0% on each item, i.e. brokerage/commission and fees, will apply.

Yes, this game is quite tricky but if you are able to be sensitive and alert to the market sentiment and respect it, then you can be a winner. Sometimes even if you know it's going to reverse, you still don't act according to what you think. Today advise my colleague to cut her shares when market is better in the morning, but she says still did not breakeven yet. I reminded her of her past experiences where she waited for 1 more cent to sell and in the end the market reverses so fast and she take no action. In the end, there is a very big hole! Smiley 7  I keep telling her today must cut all if possible but she replies "ok lah ok lah" and take no action, frustrated because it already drop like waterfall. Repeat same mistake again, no choice! Smiley 276
