If Techcomp is to clear the resistance at 69.5 cents with large volume , then it would go on to achieve the upside target at $1.02 in the longer term .

Techcomp ran up with healthy volume yesterday .The volume now as compares to three yerars ago is much lesser , but if compares to the recent trading period , the indicators are all positive n so is its fundamental . After breaking new high at 65 cents , it is fine to pull back for technical correction . The strong sopport is at 63 cents . Weekly momentum is still rising n weekly RSI is at 83 which is not divergence yet .Therefore the strong uptrend would go on after the minor correction .

Techcomp weekly chart is still positive n weekly indicators are improving . Directional movement index is positively place n ADX is at 49 , n it could still go up further . Aroon indicator is also positive n shows stronger trend ahead . Weekly RSI is at 82 which has not divergence yet . Strong resistance is at 65 cents where the upper Bollinger band is still expanding . To cross the resistance at 65 cents with huge volume may see the share price runs up rapidly with momemtum gains .

Techcomp broke new high with larger volume to reach 64.5 cents in today 's trading , furthermore its share price touched the upper Bollinger band at 65 cents n slow down . If it could break 65 cents with big volume in the next few days , then it would be nearer to its target price .

Techcomp has come down to fill the common gap at 59.5 cents recently , for the uptrend is still intact , breaking 61.5 cents to go up higher would be possible .

Techcomp gapped up to new high at 61.5 cents today with good volume , it would be a great opportunity to buy when it come down to fill the gap at 59.5 cents .

The gap there would provide very strong support to the uptrend , it may not be filled in the medium term . The gap was also a runaway gap which was a reliable indicator of a strong underlying trend .This gap always occurs about halfway through an up price move .

Techcomp has surged with 4 cents gains yesterday , it has also broke its flag formation with larger volume . Directional movement index are positively placed , ADX is still rising . RSI is in overbought position n is still rising . Today it pulled back slightly with lesser volume . Technically , after breaking the flag formation , Techcomp may go up to the target price at $1.02 gradually . | ||||

I think it's still healthy, last few days pull back volume reduces, proves that nobody is willing to sell. Charts never lies. Today close back higher which means still have hope for more upside. If break 0.605, then really ho sei liao!
