wahh divid so low i thought 5 lots can get 250 dollars sigh knew its too good to be true....thanks for advice.I think since bought liao will keep and see best part bought so high at 0.175.Thought divid can cover..no wonder no one care about qian hu sigh.Thanks once again. | ||

yummygd, FYI Anyway, this co. is paying dividend of 0.005 per share 10,000 shares ($1600) the dividentd is $50.

fishes are drowning... hahah... tried to queue some to sell at $0.18 and 0.19 yesterday and today, all neve kenna... haiz. anyway if fall anywhere below 0.16, i will buy more for prospects and maybe capital gain of the company for the near future. :) |

1000 shares, the div is $5.00 Mkt price $0.17. If u buy 10,000shares ($1,700.00) the div. is $50.00. U put FD $1,700.00 for 1 yr. u can't get int. of $50.00. Cheers

As per reports in ST profit div is S$0.05 per share. 1 lot 1000 shares - that workout to be S$50.00 per lot ? Is this correct ???? |

Oops, sorry guys. I am wrong. The declared dividend is 0.5 cents per share, therefore it should be 0.005 x 100,000 = S$500. Only S$500. Can someone correct me if I am wrong again. Thank you. |

1 lot = 1000 shares, 100 lots = 100,000 shares. Dividend is declared at 0.05 (5 cents) per share, therefore works out to S$5,000 leh. Wrong meh ? | ||

What I see is the declared dividend at 5 cents a share is pretty good returns considering an investment of S$17.5K for 100 lots at the last done price of 0.175 (not taking into account the brokerage fees) the dividend income works out to S$5K. That is more than 28% interest income in less than 4 four month. Looks good. |

As I have posted, the NAV is 16.40 cents. Downside risk is nominal. Diversify to China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc is good for the co. This business appeal to the masses, whether you are rich or poor The co. is paying yearly dividend.Hope for capital appreciation. Cheers |

Looking at 1 yr chart, its uptrending stock. seems got high chance to test $0.18 soon but one bad thing is this counter not very actively trade. Anyway still hope that it will go up real soon. Gd luck to all who vested. :O | ||
