this counter has started to move upward, after have been plunged down from 20cts althought

FR sound Okay.. I think this counter is cheap and at low price to buy in.

(“Fund A”) was given to the Company, Fund A held 224,765,245 shares representing 5.77% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company. As at 3 January 2011, Fund A holds 190,299,438 shares representing 4.89% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company and has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the Company.

OZ Management, L.P. (“OZM”) manages the investments of Fund A along with other funds that hold shares in the Company (together with Fund A, the “OZ Funds”). By virtue of this, as at 15 November 2010, being the date of the transaction pursuant to which the previous notice by the Substantial Shareholders (other than Fund A) was given to the Company, OZM had a deemed interest in, and was a substantial shareholder of the Company in respect of all the 466,356,537 shares held by the OZ Funds, representing 11.97% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Compay. Och-Ziff Holding Corporation (“OZH”) is the sole general partner of, and is authorised to manage and reprsent, OZM. By virtue of this, OZH, through OZM, has a deemed interest in, and is a substantial shareholder of the Company in respect of all the 412,765,037 shares held by the OZ Funds, representing 10.60% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company.

Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, LLC (“OZCM”) is the sole shareholder in OZH. By virtue of this, OZCM, through OZH an din turn OZM, has a deemed interest in, and is a substantial shareholder of the Company in respect of all the 412,765,037 shares held by the OZ Funds, representing 10.60% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares (excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company.

Daniel Saul Och (“DSO”) holds not less than 20% of the voting rights in OZCM. By virtue of this, DSO, through OZCM and in turn OZH and OZM, has a deemed interest in, and is a substantial shareholder of the Company in respect of all the 412,765,037 shares held by the OZ Funds, representing 10.60% of the 3,894,804,926 issued shares(excluding treasury shares) in the capital of the Company.
(2) Raffles Nominees Pte Ltd is the registered holder for the 412,765,037 shares.

Further to the press release made by China New Town Development Company Ltd (the “Company”) on 28 September 2010 , the Company noted the land parcel in Shanghai Luodian had been listed by The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Land Resources on 31 December 2010 . The site area of land parcel A1-3 is approximately 35,642 square meters. The land parcel is for mixed uses (70% for residential and 30% for commercial) with a plot ratio of 2.5 times. The auction is expected to be completed on or about 21 January 2011 .

China New Town Development Company Limited (the “Company”) announced the completion of auction of land use rights of the residential land parcel (XDG(XQ)-2010-25) located at our Wuxi New Town (“Wuxi Project”) by Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources on 27 December 2010. The buyer is Wuxi Chongqing Development Company Limited. The land parcel of approximately 127,637 sq.m in site area was sold at RMB382 million which is equivalent to approximately RMB2,994 per sq.m of site area. The last achieved price for a residential land parcel from Wuxi Project was approximately RMB2,038 per sq.m of site area in February 2010.
