Now back to the same struggle as aj2invest ... get in or not get in. What happening to this BB ??? As I have said I agreed with new6ie but somehow the market appears erratic ..... yesterday sell down instead. Lucky did not go in .... Danytan is right " if unsure, caution is best" .... who knows more sell down today.

New6ie, agreed with what you said. I was about to hoot but all of the sudden the sell volume went up .... which is very unusual. Otherwise I am in at 0.6cts. What's happening ??? |

The fact that there are some capitalists willing to " buy" the $50 million notes, shows that they have confidence in the business of Transcu. Furthermore the commitment shares are about the same price trading in market, so it seems that the funds are not asking too much and very reasonable. They are signalling that the price has great potential of surging. I think should try collecting some from now onwards. . |

Interesting ... all of the sudden so many sell. It seem to me that the direction is correct, however they are not wanting the BB to move just yet. Or whatever .... will watch and see how ... I am sure there are experts out there ... who can give us your view on this. Thanks |

Aj2invest, I was having the same thought as you " My itchy finger is sitting on the trigger at this point too...get in or not get in or not get in or not haha" running through my mind and somehow I did not move up to 0.6 cts and buy. Like I have mentioned I have been not focusing on this BB for quite a while, and now decide to refocus on Transcu. Does this sentence sound familiar to you .... ??? Exactly .... " This is what Transcu's management decided to do ... Refocusing of Business" Earlier, I was uncertain ... should or should I not go in. Now after mulling through all the events and happenings with Transcu ... my mind is clear and certain .... Transcu is not only REFOCUS but in my opinion " VERY FOCUS" - ONLY 1 CORE BUSINESS GREEN TECHNOLOGY. I am certain which direction to take ... ALL THE BEST TO YOU, Aj2invest. Oldfyingfox, you are absolutely right .... they have gotten 17,543,860 new shares. No wonder Rabbitfoot said " already numb" because they pressed down the market ..... I believe The Board wishes to announce that the Subscriber has on 23 October 2013, in accordance with the Conditions,exercised its right to convert S$100,000 in value of the Convertible Bonds into 17,543,860 new shares of the Company (the " Converted New Shares" ), at the conversion price of S$0.0057 for each Converted New Share.
