 Alert Admin 		Good dividend yield: 7 cts per share (incl 2 cts interim paid) or 6.73% based on share price of $1.04. If the charging of allowance for doubtful receivables ($11.368m) & provision for cash at risk ($2.444m) are credited back in  fy '12 (1/4/11 to 31/3/12), there will be positive impact on EPS.

my last bought 20lots a few months ago was at an ave  of $1.02.

This shares only jump 3 to 4 times a year, not more than 15cts. depends too, if you bought it below 90cts long ago, it's will be > 20 cts if it goes beyond $1.10. They are cash rich, the shareholders kept asking him when is he going to give out more cash to us.

a total of ard 7% yearly dividend, it's one of the highest Div  pay out company.

 Alert Admin 		5% dividend if we buy now is quite attractive, i saw the FY2011 report, it has done well but the 4th quater's results got battered because of the write down from the libyan crisis... might considering entering @ $1 or 99cents....

such is a good company(have  been keeping  it for donkey years. they update for the shareholders the latest status, bad but how bad, now we know.

Boustead has lots of wise investment, the loss in Libya investment don't seem that bad. It not blue chip but I have treated it as blue chip, steady and good dividend. Bad silly me, got somemore just before Libya's revolting. If I have cash, I would buy back somemore. now, mo lui liao.

This range takes into account all receivables and loans due from the Libyan joint venture (JV) company and its clients, all contingent liabilities and cash balances in Libyan bank accounts.

Boustead says the company will continue to be profitable in the current financial year and maintain a strong balance sheet given the strong performance in all its other businesses. 

Since the beginning of 2011, the company has been awarded a variety of projects totalling $55 million and its order book now stands at $246 million. The company is also expected to maintain its normal dividend payouts as compared to the last financial year.

Boustead Singapore says its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Projects, the specialist in industrial real-estate solutions, has been awarded two contracts worth a total of $72 million.


One is a $17 million contract to design-and-build contract for an integrated high-tech production and R& D centre located at Tukang Innovation Park in Singapore.

The other is a $55 million contract with SDV Logistics to design, construct and develop an integrated logistics facility for the company.
