Hai yah, panic selling on ds burger, but still holding d warrants then offered 3 cts with 2 for 1. Though wanted to buy back when it was low, but hv many other option to deal with, so didn't do anything on ds burger liao. Nonetheless, congrates for those who saw future on ds burger, earlier on. The pending Downtown Line MRT Line Project with estimated cost of S$ 12 billion and ongoing Marina Coastal Expressway of say, S$ 4 billion will be a boost to construction companies. Yongnam has been quite a main player in the infrastructure projects. In addition, with the buoyant property market, and improving economy, there will be more commercial construction, which will benefit Yongnam and other construction companies. Yongnam's P/E ratio is currently only about 7. In normal boom or bull market, it is likely to be 15 to 20, which could mean upside to 50 to 60 cents. The world is now waiting to see the growth in US economy, which most experts predict will come in 3rd quarter 2009 which will give a boost to the world and stock markets will cheong...
