2 service apartment in singapore but more then 30 properties across asia. the geographical spread of properties in ascott is reasonable IMO. at least if singapore don't do well this year, other country might do better and it equals out. 2 cents. |

yeah. i saw it on The Sunday Times, Invest column.... stock picks for current market... ascottreit , along with some other counters, was earmarked by local 'market experts' as a good counter to invest in. glad to see this counter being mentioned in local papers. good game! |
