may be the price will stay till the EGM date is nearer. According to the chart for thursday, it went up and then went down again. It seems like someone is selling off their shares in this company when the prices went above 0.835. hmm, did anyone know where to check the daily trading prices and volume at each timing of the day? just a newbie's thought

UOB Kay Hian Buy the dips We think this is a good opportunity to buy. Firstly, we think the US indices have made a major low at 12975 and could head up to 13600 or so in the coming weeks. US banking stocks have rallied in recent days on very high volume suggesting that market players are short covering and possibly even bargain hunting. This is quite significant as the sector had corrected ahead of the S&P500 and it had also bottomed ahead of both the S&P500 and the DJIA. We are also seeing strenght in the US dollar index. which is a bullish sign. In Singapore, the correction on the ST index was deeper than what we had expected, none the less we think an important support has been reached. At 3433, the index had corrected exactly 50% of the rise from 2962- 3905. We think that immediate downside would be limited to 3490-3500, while on the upside the index could head up towards 3750-3800 over the next 2-3 weeks. We recommend staying on the long side with exposure to banks, oversold local developers like Wing Tai ($2.77) , Ho Bee ($1.72) and Capitaland( $7.00), Cosco Corp at $6.90 and Ausgroup ( $1.80-1.84), YangZijiang($2.22), Synear ($1.92-1.95) |
