Don't waste time on this kind of counter. Non-liquid, No Dividend, No Activity. Unless the management change their focus to provide shareholder value, this counter is not going to move. Better cut your losses and focus on better fundamental stocks. Good luck.

0245 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: SIAS Research ups Penguin Boat (P13.SG) target price to S$0.325 from S$0.21, based on 29.2X FY07 P/E, after raising FY07 earnings forecast to S$4.6 million from S$2.7 million. Says vessel, shipyard operator now in stronger position to expand business after raising S$30 million through convertible bond issue; "with the expansion of fleets, rising chartering rates, as well as new service contracts in the Middle East, we expect revenue and earnings to continue improving."
