thank you for thanking me ..... as for the pig...well....frankly speaking...haven't tried with any pigs at all till date.....so can only believe what those pigs say ...unless some one has done it and proved me correct or wrong....hahaha

Skeleton, thanks. very funny. If elephants can jump, we have more earthquakes. Any proof on the pig? U must check carefully before u decide to be in next life. otherwise, regret, ended up on the dining table. lol |

phoon huat pineapple u cant do the open type like osama...u can only use it for the close type...skeleton,as long as i wont rebornas a chicken can liao...cos curry function the cook chicken curry...chinese prayer they also use chicken.nasi lemak they also use chicken parts...any festivals first thing they use is chicken...i dun wana die either roasted,steamed or baked....i wana be a ...a....a....butterfly!! |

hahaha... skeleton, you forgot to put beard on the clown. but i like the company's name. tuapekgong, i oso very clever to make tarts. i dont use phoon huat pineapple, not nice so hard. Grate and cook the pineapples yourself taste nicer. alot of work that's why can only make once a year. 9413 already vested this weekend. |

teresa,this beard tart the moment u eat it will explode....the way to eat it.....munch slowly at the soft yummy pastry but not the pineapple..it will explode...so better to make own own. TUAPEKGONG PINEAPPLE TARTS Golden churn butter-500g, 4egg yolk,plain flour-890g, 2 whole eggs, 60g milk powder,icing sugar-30g. beat butter at medim speed for 10mins.add eggs ,beat at medium speed till color turn pale yellow white.then add shifted flour,milk powder,icing sugar and some drops of butter milk vanilla essence. for the pineapple,get fr phoon huat. roll ea pastry at 10g then flatten and put 8g pineapple paste into it.egg wash wif egg yolk. bake at 160degree for 12mins. skeleton,this weekend for D already in my nick.... enjoy!! |

One day I decided to quit ... I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality. I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. 'God', I said. I also dunno why i posted this...maybe market too slow and quiet and i did not get the chance to feel the earthquake so i got nothing better to do..hehe. |
