Yong Xin International Holdings ? The China-based manufacturer of high precision steel strips has launched its IPO of 60m new shares at 30 cents each for a SGX mainboard listing. A report ranked the company as the second largest producer of high-precision steel strips in the Chinese market in 2006 and the market leader in the supply of chrome-plated steel strips. The company expects to raise net proceeds of about $15.7m, of which $8m will be used to expand its manufacturing capacity and $6.1m for working capital. The rapid expansion of the Chinese manufacturing sector, and in particular the optic fibre communication cable industry, is expected to drive the market for high precision steel strips. Yong Xin's revenue grew from RMB57.9m for FY2004 to RMB126m for FY2006 while profit rose from RMB5.2m to RMB33.4m. |

Does anyone know what is the grey market for this share?. I have attended a seminar last week & what told that the 2nd half of the year will see Tech Sector in play. Hence, HDD story is worth considering. Then again, its very difficult to get even 1 lot thru' balloting. |

Care to share any comment on the prospect of this company? Have never participated in IPO. How do I know I am being allocated with share after submitting my application? When can I start selling them? Please help to shine some light into the grey area .... Thx |

IPO-30c is = $300/- per 1,000 share ( 1 lot) or $600/- per 2,000 share (2 lots) and so on.. Apply at ATM DBS/POSB is $2/- per application and only good for one name, only one time. (No 2nd time) Other Bank charges $1/- (OCBC and UOB) Application for placement share will also be charge with Stamp fee and not commision charges. As allocation according to distribution by vested distributers....The issued mgr and underwriter. |
