it means 0.02317 cts per share, therefore 1 lot equivalent to 1000 share is $23.17. correct me if i m wrong :P |

dun worry..if u exercise ur rights..even if it falls to 8.3cents, still make $.because the rights shares are at 1.3cents.so after averaging,u still make a profit.u only lose $ if before XA,the price alr fall below 11cents(after XA 3.6cents),then u will make a loss. |

hi ahtee, my concern is after exercising of rights cum cd, as what joshlai86 has estimated - price may drops to 8.3cts ... which is way below my vested price @ 11cts. the question is when would the market stable? i know the company is fundamentally good, but also a bit concerned about my profit/loss . thanks. |

hi kodiak, I would suggest that you exercise the rights. It's a profitable company with single digit P/E of about 7. The downside is now very limited. For the past two weeks, the price have been quite resilence. Once the world market stablise, which is any time soon. The upside potential is very great! |

price most likely to be divided by 3 on XA. based on EPS 2.5cents,after rights issue,EPS about 0.83. which wld give the stock a fair value of 8.3cents based on 10x historical 07 earnings. |

hi guys, anyone can give comments? with the current market share at 673,450,000, what would happens to the share price if the rights @ $0.013 has been taken up based on the following: minimum rights taken: 405,967,500 full rights taken: 1,394,552,000 with the cd & exercise of rights - what would be the potential downside on the share price? thanks. |
