now singapore company also can kena suspended, puui.... well, the cheong to 10 cents is all because "in-line" with the chartered semicon rumours.. if not because of Temasek , chartered now easily drop below 10 cents. well, still as for chartered, can bottom fishing at 17 cents, as this stupid rumours will come out again.... at least u know the backbone is temasek.. now jurong tech, only rumours said MapTech might buy some "toxic" assets. |

If they cannot pay up, ocbc will proceed with the winding up petition, JT may also apply for Judical Management. Business sure cannot carry on, who will deliver the parts for their manufacturing ? Pay cash first then send parts. But where is the money ? Then fire sale start, money from sale goes to : a) OCBC and secured loan creditor and tax (garment always infront of the Q... heee) and yes... CPF contribution. b) Then the unsecured loan, bond, something like that c) Then workers pay and admin fee, auditor also smart, pay first then calculator will click. d) Shareholder ......last...confirm last.... I think usually at a) already finish loh.....Bank are smart to precisely timed the recall.

Ya. Kaput. But alot electronic companies got similar high NTA. SMT machine, Tester, Production line, factory dunno worth how much if were to sell. 10% value or worth more. Too Highly Gear company in bad times very hard to survived when Bank started to take away umbrella..Lucky didnt get burnt. Automatic Production line can cost up to million to built.. Sad to see them sell at 5% of the cost. |

Hope they get liquidated. I am curious to find out whether the book value of 50cents is worth how much when they do fire-sale in the open market condition.. as alot of electronic companies are trading at 10% -20% of their NTA.. If got residual value behind i might buy electronics companies as they are really devalue to the core. As a Factory which is own by Electronic Manufacturer is worth nothing based on stock price.. Dunno if they sell the factory is worth million or a dollar.. Ha Ha |
