Not that I know of. Since beginning of this year, company has brought back over 1000 lots. The most recent buy in was by one of its director on 18 Aug for 100 lots at $1.43.

Today is a Good Day to Buy ChinaAOil. Now trading at $1.45. 1. ChinaAOil is sitting on its MA 30, its Support Level and Lower part of its Uptrend Channel. 2. Has a nice support of $1.42 and upside potential of $1.57. 3. MACD lines are reversing and moving up. 4. Stochastic in oversold region and just crossed to move up. 5. RSI is at 52%, in Bullish territory. 6. Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow are good QoQ and YoY. 7. Company and Directors are slowly Buying up their own stocks since beginning of this year. 8. SSE is slowly moving up and this would brings up ChinaAOil too. This is my personal analysis. You invest at your own risk. Good luck to all. |

It is safe and company has been buying back their shares since March 2010......it is fundamentally a good stock only last time their former CEO indulged in derivatives trade. We have yet to see the highs. This is the same story as Sembmarine which was previously on the way up and came to a abrupt halt because some one in the management doing the same thing. |
