Holding for long term simply is not the best choice, as it basically benefits the biggest shareholder and fact of no dividend. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Nope, it does not means negative for those buying at short term. Bank are seen buying huge volume at 0.84 and resell at 0.92. For long term, unless you can outplay the biggest shareholder, but also increasing largest shareholder's stock value if public successfully do that. But, revenue earned in future will be turning negative as largest shareholder may take opportunity to shift operation to its other related business. So, whether how it turns out depends on how you played at what time the shareholder is doing. But, you should be relatively clear at all time to be able to make a profit. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	No matter rise or fall, the biggest winner will still be the largest shareholder. If fall, the largest shareholder may take the opportunity to buy remaining shares and delist this stock once got enough % according to SGX Regulation. If rise, the shareholder portfolio share values increase at a great bound. If people are buying, they can prevent largest shareholder from buying at low price. If people are selling, they will make a loss since VardHolding drop from a high point. Given a clear picture, i hope everybody benefits and make your own risk assessment. Whether to buy in, i would think it will be better for existing shareholder to do so, but for new people entering this stock its best to make own analysis as no dividend are paid and operations remains negative.
