Too busy for daily post at my blog. Here is a short one. Reason for my 2nd entry @ 0.485. Weekly,Daily MACD remains on uptrend. Short term stochastic had cut-up signal line. On 03-Dec-07, price had broke out of trading resistance 0.485 for a high of 0.495 @ high volume. 04-Dec-07, the pullback is normal; for pullback to rest @ 0.475/0.480. Hence, my entry rationale on 04-Dec-07. Hi smltimer: Probably, 0.450 is quite unlikely. I adjusted 0.460 ~ 0.470 for entry. Probably 0.465. Well, if you look at short term stochastic chart (daily), you will notice, since last Fri, it had reach oversold region and turn peakish. As such, mon-thur, it did cut's down e signal line. It is currently resting on stochastic neckline support. This is normal behavior, to shake out contra players / short term players. fyi: Indicators also followed price resistance & support, just fyi. To: lis_wang If you take the daily MACD reading, it is still heading north. Check it out. =) Weekly chart indicators remain on uptrend. However, really do not advocate contra trades. Base on its tight float. * Again, everyone makes their own callling. Base on their faith in their analysis. Because, sometimes, i might make wrong decision also. * Pls do self diligence. Never inducement for any trade. |

You need to pick up book to learn support/resistance and indicators. But the real way of feeling the market is through experience. It's tape reading as previously known. Start step by step by identifying those support/resistance and indicators. A simple to understand book is : 'Technical Analysis Plain and Simple' by Michael Kahn. I read over 200books technical analysis and many are rubbish. I don't know whether I wasted so much time or maybe it's a journey to understand the market. |

I bought it last week at 45cts and sold off half at 49.5 and at 47.5cts. I would have hold till now if not due to this uncertain market as my indicators are still bullish. From my past week observation this one is in my buy list when it hits 45cts (which is unlikely). |

Monday ~ wendesday, Did retrace to touch a low of 0.465. However, I am still waiting for Short term stochastic to smooth out. Ideal entry remain 0.45~0.465 depending on indicators. |

Partially agreed, base on Short term TA indicator 'Stochastic' Technicals: http://whatstocktobuy.blogspot.com/2007/11/design-studio-updates-24-nov-07.html Coming monday ~ wednesday >> There is a tiny possibility that prices may come down to rest on the support line 0.450~0.465 to smoothen the stochastic; shake out contra players. Then, DS should be able to resume its overall uptrend.

Hi LisWang, Technicals': The daily, weekly chart remains on uptrend with support @ 0.455. See my technical post. This is normal behavior science. There is a right time for everything. Reason for my sell is due to its very steep buyup in just 1 hour alone(+5cents) on intraday chart. So naturally, would take profit first. AlwinL, there are many others much better than me in terms of TA. DS move_up, so happens for value investors/fundmanagers who saw value in it. At this pricing, it is attractive for their portfolio in times to come. Lets' hope it move up sooner than expected for all time high. *Wondering how to attach image in SJ here. Daily chart MACD had cuts up postively the signal line Okie, gotta get back to work. Let's see if it closes @ 0.495 psycological barrier to 0.500 high today =) |
