If you are looking for mid term trading, TechOil&Gas is too high, so Innotek is a better choice. Although Innotek already in oversold position, but candlesticks still show bearishness. You may want to wait for a couple of days, make sure the price has stabilized before Buying.

If you are looking for long term investing, I think there is going to have a major market correction coming soon, maybe from Sep or Oct onward. You may want to wait for the correction to be over before Buying.

This is just my personal opinion, so don't blame me if I'm wrong.
