Good in a way as not to have another asia crisis. But if other asia countries do not followed what we did- it is back to zero. I am not a pro chartist who could understand " candlestick" MACD, RSI bra, bra, bra....Nor i am an expert in accounting who could read all balance sheet, cashflow..and all ratio.. and the so called instri. value. or predict the future earnings. I am Not. I am just like any other bloggers who love to invest. To see our monies grows. To lose money in stock market is easy , and make money is dam hard. U agree isolators? U have to win 10 baggers to cover 5 baggers losses..is that right? Avoid to enter at all cost, till u really knows whats is happening.. However, any new borrowing is likely to prove controversial in Japan, which already has the highest debt levels anywhere in the industrialised world, at around 200 per cent of GDP. The new debt could be repaid though an increase in either income or consumption tax, the report said. Money raised from the special " disaster bonds" would be restricted to financing the recovery, and could not be used for any other purpose, it said

x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	One should not try to be someone cos everyone is different....There is only 1 Warren Buffett..  We just need to learn from someone, somewhere, sometime, etc  and come out with something that is suitable for  ownself....  I like trading because it is my own strategy that make me achieve what I want...There is no right or wrong strategy as long as one is satisfy with returns that can make you survive in the markets for very long long time....

I just say i am holding this counter as the company fundamental is good, well diversified. (not all in property but also malls , hospitality n service apartments) . while we are discussing the views, ascott had just announced that they are entering into macau. Not bad news, for now. U look on the pessimistic side n i look on the good side. Thats all. Stock markets has no loser or winners , if he is investors, and only has loser if he is a traders. Unless, he is a pro traders. CPL up or down in short term does not bother me, if down better to buy more, averages down, thats all. And u too, face the facts that the price still at 3.40--3.43... seems market also tarnish yr dreams. And the facts is, i do not trades as much as u do.
