Here are some of my thoughts want to share. Technically, stock price is well supported at 0.135, but near term resistance at 0.155. The up-trend channel is gradually built up since Jan 07. For those short-term investor, you can buy at 0.140 and sell at 0.150 to make some money. For the long term investor, GMG is not a bad company to invest, its profit and profit margin is improving, debt/equity ratio is low and start to pay out dividend (3.3% yield based on share price of 0.15) But the stock price is volatile with the Rubber price and its main plantation is located in Africa, and the main market is in Europe as well. The company is diversifying its plantation in other region through recent Indonesia acquisition and try to expand the market sale in China. Hope the company will deliver the good results soon. According to those reports, the demand for Natural rubber is increasing but the supply is limited. Thus, as long as Natural Rubber price is rising, GMG will be doing well. |

Its good to know what the company is acutally doing. However, if u are a hardcore Technical player then I dont think its that important. As long the volume looks good & the indicators from the various graphs are +ve, then the Fundamental part is secondary. As for me, when I buy in this counter, I only know that this company has got something to deal with rubber. What I did was to hit 100 lots @ 14.0 & get out @ 15.0. However, I must say that GMG is fundamentally strong company. I am not investing in this instance. I am merely getting my allowance for next week. But this counter will rise over time. |

Happy07, I am equally surprised with BullRun, you really have no idea what you are buying. The acqusition may not impact the price now because the production of the new company only will start from H207, and the production facility of this company is newly built, so the result still remain unknown, investor turn to be more cautions. |

Hi Happy07, The acquisition is going to enable GMG to enter the Asia market in particular China. In the longer term, this will allow GMG to benefit from the strong growth in demand in Asia for the next few years!! |
