REITs basically trend low on properties weakness lah...as with all other properties stocks..kinda over run recently..timely correction is the order now :D |

Sold at 0.275 after hitting 0.29, which form the double top formation. if they can clear 0.3, I might enter again or correct to a nice level. Good luck to those who still holding. Still gt potential. |

Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT) says that its manager is presently
considering various options and is in discussion with banks to
refinance existing debt. Although one of the raise fund-raising options being considered is by way of a rights issue, FCOT’s manager says “no firm decision has been taken to proceed with any of these options as these will be subject to, among other things, favourable market conditions and the approval of the board of the manager”. FCOT’s clarification came in response to a report published yesterday in The International Financing Review Asia which discussed FCOT’s existing debt becoming due for refinancing in July 2009 amidst the current volatile market conditions and tight credit market. FCOT’s manager has assured shareholders that If it proceeds with any of these options, it will make the relevant announcements at the relevant time. |
