x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	I agree that the management is lacking on many fronts, not the least is managing shareholder expectations and clear communication!!!  (BTW what ever happened to Chinese approval of BIG stent??)      BUT  there are many reason why holders, individual and institutional sell stock.  Funds try to show a profit for their investors and as this investor apparently has a profit they may want to recognize that profit to offset losses on other investments thus providing a positive return.  In other parts of the world tax consideration may drive purchases and sales by funds or individuals.    The value of the Sing Dollar vis a vis other currencies  may also drive sales or purchases. In the US they have  " witching hours" that occur every quarter or 1/2 year.  Triple witching hour is the last hour of the stock market trading session (3:00-4:00 P.M., New York Time) on the third Friday of every March, June, September, and December. Those days are the expiration of three kinds of securities:  Stock market index futures   Stock market index options   Stock options.  On those same days in March, June, September, and December, Single-stock futures also expire, so that the final hour on those days is sometimes referred to as the quadruple witching hour.    These events occur but are NOT a result of the underlying stock's fundamentals or prospects. The fundamentals of the Company are sound BUT management has NOT been able to successfully gain support from investors and monetize the value.  Management MUST bring in advisors that know how to drive shareholder value before that value dissappears.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	whatever the stock price is, biosensors is definitely a fundamentally sound company.   value investing is about holding on to a stock which an investor feels has good fundamentals and ignore any market noise whatsoever.   however, the performance of this stock, fundamentally sound as it might be, is definitely not due to market noise, and is definitely not reflective of its fundamentals.   if this rumour is true, i have to say that the company has slipped up in this aspect.   it has to be accountable to investors and not let its stock be 'moved' by one single investor.   i havent heard of such a story before.   cutting my losses will be going against my philosophy but looking at the current situation i really dont know whether i should make an exception. infancybird      ( Date: 18-Jun-2013 15:23) Posted: Cannot be confirmed but there is rumour .........that a big previously loyal investor of Bio has changed of heart( exhausted and disappointed) and has gone into a sell mode. I am only stating that  if she breaks 1.20 with high volume and only if the stock is still trending down after breaking, then it " may" go to that 1.07 level which is the next prominent support. Why? 1 Nov 2012 - closed at 1.07  with 9.2 million shares done. 21st & 22nd Nov 2012 - touches 1.07 lowest price with 2.5 million shares & 5.1 million shares respectively.   Share buyback at this kind of volume seems more like a smokescreen to me, only letting ppl know they are buying back the their shares so that people will keep holding on to it. Since biosensors themselves are holding on to millions of shares, what is 63 lots or even 630 lots to them? Therefore, " The action  of the market  should  be reason enough" So if biosensors keep falling with good volume, its a definite sell. Likewise if there is good rebound up with nice volume, its a definite buy, cos its a reversal sign at 1.20 pivotal point.

You notice today that even though buying from Ask side out numbered Bid volume by almost 5 times but yet the stk only go up by miserably 1cents only with i-seller blocking at 1.10.  When i-seller sells, it only take him or her a few hundred thousand share to sell down and easily by 1 cent or more. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	NAV has alot of   complicated goodwill inside which was revalued by auditors. Tangible nav excluding goodwill is like 1/4?   fraction of current with most of it cash. Given $500m of debt interest,it is possible to cut 25% off current earnings. It remains to be seen if acquisition earnings can offset interest cost. Unlikely , since restructuring needs at least 1-2years before true contributions can be accredited.Furthermore acquired companies is unlikely to be cheap since good companies wont sell cheap so EVA wont come in till 1-2years later.   In the absence of funds pushing up the stock, 80c support could easily be tested which was about the price founder exited.More downside on fund exiting on disappointing earnings and continued erosion of royalties and substitutes appearing. Thereafter , synergies from acquisition and china healthcare demand could bounce it back in the future.

Is this what the i-seller is aiming to achieve?
