be patience ...price of paper has recovered... garang guni is now buying old newspaper at 12 cents per kg (4Q still 10 cents per kg).. during the downturn, it went down to 6 cents... |

I'm just hoping that the Friday news release by Unifiber will help rise the counter by 1 or 2 cents first. It is almost 20%-40%, it is huge gain liao. This will definite create more awareness within ppl and will further help it to move further which may be a long term plan from now.

common sense must be used here. why only 1cents upside? the stock operators n pushers n big players have been collecting this stock since 4.5 level. now they will push this stock toward 13cents level so that the debt owners and the big boys can earn more than 4 tims profit. BUT time and patience is required. |

PARTIAL REPAYMENT OF SERIES B EQUITY LINE BACKED LOAN NOTE FROM YA GLOBAL The Board of Directors of United Fiber System Ltd (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 12 January 2010 issued and delivered 17,863,466 ordinary shares pursuant to the Advance Notice for S$900,000 (the “Advance”) to YA Global Master SPV Ltd. (“YA Global”), as per the Amended and Restated S$165 million Equity Line of Credit Facility dated 2 August 2005 and Second Amendment Agreement dated 21 July 2009 as partial repayment of the US$15,000,000 Series B Equity Line Backed Loan Note. The shares delivered will comprise 0.57% of the Company’s enlarged issued and paid-up share capital after the issue of 17,863,466 new shares to YA Global. Following the 3-day pricing periods, the exercise prices for the Advance have been determined to be $0.0486 for 9,259,259 shares and $0.0523 for 8,604,207 shares, which are not lower than 94% of the volume weighted average prices of the Company’s shares traded on 4 January 2010 and 7 January 2010, respectively. Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors, controlling shareholders or substantial shareholders of the Company has an interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction. NAV = 6.51 Cents (USD), Total Revenue for 03Q09 represents an 26% increase from previous year. Although loss making, the downside is limited, trading between 0.05 to 0.055. Clear earning visibilty in the medium term due to its high end construction projects. Its pulp mill plant is also scheduled to be operational, abeit in phases rather than previously commited. Read up and do some research on it yourself. One to hold rather than trade/speculate. |
