x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	sincerely I hope that you could ride on the next wave  ( I'm not surprise it might not even reach  1.8 in the next wave ... anyway no point to predict , just react accordingly to the market reaction ....  if market dump after it reach certain level, then you should also  sell  ...  ) to recover some of your previous fund , and when  the wave  did  come down  again ( and it likely will , so as to prepare for the next up wave .....), you could be able to ride again on the next one with a bigger bet than  40 lots...    CMA is a good company and it should  rebound  soon,  but it might not reach your TARGET level or average buying price,  and then it will come down again , so that it can go up again .... So if you recognise, respect  and surf the wave , you could regroup your army on this up wave , wait for it to come down and do a major counter attack in the next up wave  ... Imagine if your average is 1.7 ,  you are in a much better position to go for long ...

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I did'nt know you are that aggresive as me. I keep adding on as the price drops and I have accumulated for close to 6 mths liao. I am prepared to treat this as Fixed Deposit, and will still pump in more $$ to secure more lots. I do not think its that lousy. Fixed Deposit also need 3 years to mature for decent results. My last entry was 1.60 for just 40 lots (not much money liao...), so my next entry is 1.40 if it drops to this level. Cheers! x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The problem with CMA is that its major expansion drive come solely from PRC but China is facing high inflation risk and its govt is determine to bring it under control at any cost which may include further rising interest rate or currency appreciation rate.  We do not know how this will unfold in the longer term, but in the short term, we can only rely on its fundamental thus, eps, nav e.t.c. comes into the picture.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	that's the point- The big difference between CMT and CMA is making it very attractive. You cannot  look at eps for CMA. It makes me look like a fool to do that. Long term will be the key. Its laying an egg since listed. Just sit on and reap the rewards.  I just wonder who is pushing it down. This is building shopping malls, and not residential property. With the possible curbing of property prices that people may be talking about, shopping malls may be the property " gem" .
