x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Does that mean also apply to the other property developers?  There are a lot of sub-sales in the market now, a lot of speculators.  Those properties that have been sold 100% - if you read the prpoperty classified, there are a lot of sub-sales, a lot of people are hoping to cash in a fast $$$.
