So, if u think i lose- then i loss loh. Most important is that i am not interested to argu  wther cpl up or down- i am interested in company fundamental- div which they could gives. Thts the most important. Price  only reflect current, value reflect in future....so thats the different betwwen us.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i wish not to be like u- short and worry about the trade cos of " shorting" got timing. If within few days don go down, must close and make a loss. Somemore win only little. Safer to put monies that one can able to afford. I only go casinos for the short term " trading" , limit loss at 3k only. Not like shorting- no limit loss. Very dangerous . Dare not mtake this typr of risk. So, i believed u do not understd what i am trying to tell u. With the casinos are the blessing for short term speculatives. U know that alot bankers and funds managers are in sand " VIP" room daily? check it up. if u don believed. And they will tell u- casinos had better margin than the stock markets. Just throw in 100k, and either u loss 100k (the limit) or win 100k (100% return)... Check it up--- VIPs room. or Silver card VIPS (sentosa). I knew cos i am one of them......lol. When u reach to that level, yr view will 100% different... What for going for shorting when only earns litlle ( after commission n tax) while casinos return is tax free...

Come on, no one like u, disappear when price is climbing up lah. Be a " pro" , and good " spirit" ,  My investing is buy when the price is low, and hold . For u , if u think will go down just short lo. WHY penalised others, who has different " views" from u leh. U must learnt to " let go" those who agianst u... I put monies for my retire age.. The rest tyo casinos table- for short term. Cos return in casinos faster and high margin- bet 3 k , win 3k ( unless 6 points, pay half)... Lose is ok. Try again tomorow. Last friday, win only 1.5k, cos get 6 points onlt, pay half. But ok lad, also win mah...Don jealous at others who has more monies than u... try harder and u will like one... Never admit " mistakes" and like to twist other words...  pple sell at 8.30++ and capland is still far away the price... Those who sell at the Book value is a big mistakes... To tell u my experience, i bought a 1453 Fh apartment along Paya Lebar, @ 767 psf before the lehman . After the lehman, the price went down to 650++ . I told myself not to despair, and keep holding. Now, the price had seen went up to $1100..( u can check from SLA). And what it shows- " Hold" long enough always makes a good winner. I never say i won sell capland. I will when it reach its golry days, and this i can says it will. The problem is " when" , but i willing to wait... But to u, u cant cos 1) u are a trader, pessimistic one 2) u do not have thew monies to hold...3) U are going to sell your " pants" soon. .. Time will tell....

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Even mr lee had admitted that he always remind himself to control his " temper" now and then.  A successfuil investor always remind, reflect and respone to their weakness everyday.  EVEN  A success trader (NOT U, COS U ARROGANT),  always remind themselves not to be greedy, and always be flexible- exit when tide against and entry when the tide with them. They never predict  what will  happen tomorow- they only focus on today trend. They will not analysis the market, cos is useless to them. They just concenbtrate today mood, whether it is bearish  or bull mood. So, i wonder wether u  are a " pro" trader, or just another lad who fresh from school, and wants to kills the market with yr " monies" ...Ladf, far to go,,,,far to go....
