Why would this S-chip be any different from the others just because GIC invested in it previously. I suspect the rebuttal report will not be out by end of today and the counter will request for suspension. It can only be saved by a white knight that is willing to pump in more money (similar to ChinaAOil?). |

1. CMZâ??s biggest customer is only registered after CMZâ??s IPO. If this is true, CMZ has already start deceiving its investors right from the start. 2. CMZâ??s 2nd largest customer is founded by the CMZâ??s Chairman and has ZERO revenue. If this is true, there is a conflict of interest and the law is broken Plus CMZ is in deep debt with little chance of reclaiming the money back. 3. CMZâ??s major supplier has its license revoked just before CMZâ??s IPO. If this is true, their operation would be in trouble from the beginning. 4. CMZâ??s capital expenditure report shows the company spend RMB 1.2B, but filing shows it only spend RMB 203M. Where did the RMB 1B gone to? Based on these, Glaucus conclude that CMZâ??s financial report is self fabricated and cannot be trusted, therefore it value itâ??s share price as $0.00. This report result in an almost 50% fall in CMZâ??s price before it calls for a trading halt. |

Right. But again, in today business, watever you hve to say, the other party will sure have their own views.
At the end of the day, what most impt, is the action plan by the mgmt and how they can restore confidence in their investor which will ride them through the storm. Last but not least, CMZ uses one the largest and leading auditor, Crowe Howarth LLP - (Not one man show auditor). Do have some faith in them. Cheers

I do not need everyone to like my posting. I post is merely just to share. And to address your points 1 by 1: 1)I am long-winded because I tend to give my facts and analysis and in the most balanced view as possible. 2)Never is my intention to sow discord. I can be mean and snide, but only towards certain people. Why not you read all their posts from the beginning of some threads and then ask yourself why I am only mean to them? Cursing people to die and jump into Bedok reservoir. Go read UMS thread. 3)I don't have to praise anyone or to account to anyone here. People like teeth53 and stockcham I praise is because I really benefitted from their posts. Before I even come here, I don't really know what is market depth also. 4)I come back to post because I realise is silly of me to leave because it is a free market here and I can post anything I want. Besides, I also feel if my posts are beneficial and can help people here, I should not leave. Having said, my posts are not 100% accurate. One always have to do his/her own due diligence. 5) I joined the club because Bro Simpsons included my name and I do know they are all nice people over there. Saying thanks is part of respect and courtesy unless you do not have. 6) Initally when I first joined I don't deny I am abit rude and disrespectful and that's because I realise they have investing styles completely different from mine. I have since already applogised to these people. 7) I don't care about being popular here or how many thumbs up I have. Does gaining a " Supreme" status means whatever things I say here my stocks will rally the next day?? 8) I am really a newbie here, whether you want to believe or not. 9) Once again, I never really anyhow criticise people. Perhaps in the beginning I was too rash when I first started joining. I am only mean and snide to certain people because I feel they deserve it. You don't believe you can read all the threads here from start to beginning if you have the time and you will know what I mean. 10)Some people do post target price without facts. But you have to look at the intention behind those postings. I believe I still can tell who has good and bad intentions, who is sincere or not. 11)Instead of saying I bring my emotions to this forum, more of like when sometimes I read certain postings, I do get angry especially from certain people. And btw, have I said anything to offend this victortan guy? Once again, it has always to be people who started it first, not me. 12) I don't need everyone to kow-tau to me. I am no saint nor God. I am trying my best to contribute as fairly and as unbiased as I can. As simple as that. Thanks.

I guess CMZ may have to check every subsidaries and accounts thoroughly...cannot afford to suffer another attack anymore after market value wiped out half. If they are not 100% accurate in their Response and lift the halt, investors' money are at risk if Glaucus has somemore evidence to release to catch CMZ by surprise. | ||||

This is a very clear cut PLAN of attack by glaucus. They have decided to release the report on the same week as CMZ, taking advantage CMZ will be focus and busy preparing their annual report and this will caught cmz off the guard.
They have succeeded in creating fear among the investor because CMZ took long to reply to the allegation. In fact, i felt they are just working with the time frame to address the issue. Today business model and way of doing business can be complex in different country. Indofood have expressed their no concern with the allegations and they are comfortable with CMZ - Dun have to really worry as i believed the mgmt will address the allegations to assure the investor. At the end of the day, it is also their (lin guorong, board of director etc) pocket at stake. Strategy must also comes with TACTIC to kill the shortist once and for all. They will settle their score when CMZ halt lifted tmr. Patience. |

I for one does not like to read his posting.Besides being long winded,you can sense that the person is here to cause discord among forumers.If you notice his posting style,after commenting on the issue at hand he always like to swipe at forumers indirectly with sarcastic remarks especially those who disagreed with his comments.Next he will praise somebody senior who has vested interest as him to gain his support and expand his support base.Maybe he think this is orchard cinelesiure gang.He will repeat this pattern on other threads just like what he is doing now. Thought I saw this SF guy posted somewhere saying he was contemplating to leave for good as he felt he was unpopular here.Yet in another thread I saw him pretending to have no intention to join the " club" but in the end happily thanking somebody for puting his name in.A man has to keep his words not wishy washy here.I find that very laughable.Notice the discord he created with many in the threads he posted and mind you they are all different people.Our objective here is to discuss and share how we feel abt the issue or tp etc not to gain popularity here as one Sifu have clearly stated. IMO this SF is a not a newbie here as I recalled SJ Stomp have also questioned him abt it. In any forum discussion you are bound to encounter bearish and bullish views.One person gain is another person loss.This is a fact.Those ppl can be chun today,tmor but not every sunday.The reverse is true for those who give not so accurate call.There is no need to criticize somebody so opening even though names are not quoted.It only shows your hatred emotional feeling against these ppl.How come you dont slam those calling 50 -100% gain from curreut TP w/o fact just bcos you are vested since you want to behave like a saint here?If you find that those bearish guys are wrong,by all means inform SJ moderator or take legal action against them.Try not to spoil the mood everywhere you go. Simply, my message for him to stop criticizing others and stick to the discussion.If you are unhappy here pls dont bring yr emotion into this forum.Perhaps best for you to find another forum where everyone will kow-tau to you.

Something interesting might be brewing which we as a retailer will never know what is install.
The board of directors from Indofood, CMZ and Franklin T. are definately concern about their investment in CMZ. Do you thing they will let it stock drop further? Or will they do a buy up on mon and dig the grave for the shortist? I am more worried for the shortist who shorted. |
