x 1   x 1  Alert Admin	0.1 is a given and no-brainer. My TP is 0.147. Yuuzoo not so stupid to hold 85% of the shares at a price higher than the market value. Their financial standing was audited as well. I think some people has a misconception that intagible asset=goodwill. It's definitely more than that. Because of the business model, most of its assets are classified as intangible. This includes franchise fees (recurring payment from customers), intellectual property rights (website) and licenses/patent (first mover advantage in many countries by partnering with leading local players). Not to forget their  social network and  mobile technology platform.

Thus, the " sell-down" that we experienced for the past few days is normal, all just wanna do profit taking :). x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The sell-down for the past 2 days are mostly done by the retailers who bought in during the contel rto hype and those cruel retail shorties. If BBs really sell down, you guys seriously think it will only be down for 10-13 bids? Most of us had went through the recent major sell down by the BBs, we know how fast and furious it is. Thus, it's not a big deal sell-down for the past 2 days.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Note that WE is rose due to speculation, w/o fundamentals, sure to fall quick.. rowsley although got big news, it too has risen too much, by about about 5 times i think before getting katek.. contel had risen about 2+ times, which is not a lot comparing WE & rowsley.. imo, if rto really goes through, in long term, it shld be good.. if doesnt go through, it will slide like WE.. it will be scary & irrational if contel were to fall on positive rto news just to mirror the dow jones plunge lol.. right now short term it seems rather bad, and i believe we are seeing changing hands of shares from those who enter at low 60-80 to those new buyers who buy on rto news.. so bound to have a bit of correction here and there.. if rto goes through successfully, shld be upside.. but pls do take note of coming may debt issue that US has to resolve.. with a record high dow jones, any negative news can be a catalyst & excuse for plunge.. in 2011, similar debt issue saw plunge of around 20-30% i think.. i will probably cash my profits before may and maybe get out of equities a while, maybe get into gold/silver which has a higher probability of rising due to it being low now & the coming debt issue.. 2011 debt issue had pushed their price up quite considerable amount.. clickshop1628      ( Date: 17-Apr-2013 20:06) Posted: Penny stock sentiment is no good now. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	yup. tmr, fri and next week should see better movements after contra and shortists take profits. however, cap likely to be at 100 cos prices tend to be at a discount to agreed prices pre-conclusion of rto and also due to possible overvaluation by yuuzoo. probably looking at TP of 93-97? i also regret not selling off above 100 but highly doubt will fall back to pre-announcement levels of 60, 70, 80. before announcement reach > 100, after announcement fall back to 80 or below? not much sense there. less volatility and volume, yes, cos less speculation after news announced. maybe we should look forward to good news on 30 Apr after AGM. If shareholders' approval obtained, rto completion should be quite chop chop. yuuzoo has been planning for listing for very long alr. tried once with alanco, failed. if contel also fail, they gotta wait another approx. 1 year from now or pay the compensation, which is ~$15m, not little considering its net profits of ~$20m. lets just hope there's no new crisis in Europe, fat boy don't play with his new toys and US markets don't plunge after reaching all-time highs or due to repercussions of the Boston blast.

Just like WE last time, kena whacked down from 20cts, no real bad news, just bad sentiment and the fact that it has not fallen as much as other stocks. Also same with Rowsley, got katek attack over silly rumours. Brace yourself for more selling, not just Contel but other pennies, sigh.............
