Citi TP $1.80, the lowest I've found. This could be the floor. Their explanation also looks reasonable. Should open big mouth around there. SINGAPORE, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Citi has raised its target price for Neptune Orient Lines, the world's sixth-largest container shipping firm, to S$1.80 from S$1.70 but maintained its "sell" rating. Following are the details: COMPANY RIC BROKER RATING (PVS) TARGET PRICE (PVS) NOL Citi Sell (Sell) S$1.80 (S$1.70) STATEMENT: Citi has raised its earnings estimates for NOL due to higher-than-expected Transpacific and Asia-Europe freight rates. But the bank warned that positive news for NOL has been priced in, and its outlook for the fourth quarter remains hazy as its customers also lack visibility on demand. "We fear earnings may head downhill after the peak season on weaker U.S. retail sales and accelerating newbuild deliveries," said Citi in a report. |
