Otherwise, who  were the one to shout retailers to buy China S-chip in 2007 to 2008 at high and run road. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If u compared keppel and sembcorp with those Chinese shipyards, of course sg shipyards px will be higher for the same products. An engineer at keppel gets 3k per mth and 10mths bonus. Overhead is ridiculously high. Chinese can do it cheaper and still makes profit. Even if at a loss, they will have the experience by then and sequence new orders will be more economical. There's a reason why sg shipyards are so afraid of those chinese and Korean yards. If u r looking at longer term, sooner or later more rigs order will be given to those Chinese yards. No coy or countries will dominate forever. What I dun like abt Yzj is goes into other risky business like properties and micro financing. If it remains in shipbuilding, it will be a solid coy given YZJ owns 10% of PPL. I'm in the offshore industry so I know the industry well enough. A lot of noise around tell u to sell with their own agenda. Dun believe them. Believe in urself. Vested.
