Hi Fortunegal, Got your latest update on the timing, thanks for all the hard work. I understand that you are also printing the presentation notes right? Is the $5 sufficient to cover the expenses? If needed, I would be glad to pay more to cover the additional expenses. (",) Thanks again to you and Simon for organizing such a meaningful event. Dear forumers, I have send out this email earlier to those who are attending the class. Pls open your mail n read n reply OK to me in email again. Change of time to 1.15pm for 24th Mar class - pls read mail There is a change of time. Please reach at 1.15pm as Simon wants to teach extra knowledge on TA and must start the lesson earlier so that he can cover all the important topics before 5pm. Thousands of apologises for the last minute change. I repeated: Date : 24th March 2007, Saturday. Time : 1.15pm to 5pm. Fee : $5 per person for classroom rental Simon wants me to inform everyone on the things to bring -> Things to bring: Bring a long ruler, pen, pencil, eraser. Also bring a calculator (not handphone calculator). Bring a camera if you want to take a group photo in the end. As you see, I didn't mentioned long ruler, pencil, eraser and calculator in earlier mail. Pls bring these stationary. We need these for learning TA. I or a few helpers will send mass sms or call you for a gentle reminder before Friday. Kindly make adjustments to your schedule. Please by punctual at 1.15pm. Simon, I and the helpers are really putting a lot of effort in this. To make this event very successfully, we need the coordination of everyone. This is the 1st time we are organising, I may miss out some details earlier, really sorry for the last minute change. Simon needs a red laser pointer and two of us do not have it, can anyone who can bring it for that day class? pls reply me if you can bring. Thank you for your kind attention. Hi, i still have to wait for Simon to finialise the slides so that I can print it out for the class before this Sat. it's really no joke, i have to print out more than 40 sets. By thursday or Friday, I may have to sneak out my lunch time to print out without my bosses knowing. There is still some logistics side on my side to settle. So, we can't release the file before 24th March as it will be better to release after 24th march. pls give us some time. |
