 Alert Admin 		Things are indeed going   well for HK and FA is continually improving...and yet someone decided to throw the spanner..whether this is a good spanner or not yet to be seen.

the possible reform of government functions, which might be a springboard for China?s economy and society 
development. While Chinese government was boosting its economy, the government has also focused more on the 
environmental issues. The ecological and environmental protection consciousness has been enhanced from each 
individual to each organisation in China. Government started to have higher standards and increased demands. 
Therefore, enterprises in water industry must upgrade their current service and expand their capacity to meet the 
developing demands. Consequently, the improved service quality will bring up the water tariff in the future. Water 
tariff in Beijing has already been proposed to increase by local government. National Development and Reform 
Commission (NDRC) officer expressed that the water tariff ladder system will need to be implemented over China 
as the next step. Water tariff will increase without any doubt, which is good news to enterprises in the water 
industry. 


 

Time to adjust the spreadsheet again ..wont mind doing that every now and then. :)

Yes, 1Q is not HK's best but with project upgrading completion, the recurring income will increase exponentially with tariff adjustments. Construction is intended to more complementary to keep all within HK's kitty. I am more inclined to see what they acquire. If local government has to shed its assets by disposing off their water assets, that would be excellent as guaranteed revenue. Consolidation and timing is terrible. Why such urgency? Unless I can find another gem, may take the risk for another year or two. CE

This two shall contribute to income from next Qtr reporting onwards..

Construction work of Phase 2 and upgrading work of Phase 1 of the Group?s Jiangdu Development Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province has almost completed in October 2013 and will expect to receive higher water discharge fees of RMB1.66 per ton in the near future. 

  The Stage 2 of Phase 1 and upgrading work of Group?s Nanjing Liuhe BOT project has almost completed its construction work and is expected to reap higher water discharge fees as its water discharge quality upgrades from ?Grade 1B? to ?Grade 1A?1

  More projects or acquisition coming soon....

?We feel strongly encouraged by a solid first quarter performance as this sets the pace for us to strive for a better performing FY2014. During this quarter, we have successfully turned around our financial position from net current liabilities to net current assets. We shall be on the lookout for viable projects to strengthen our water assets portfolio.?

Great result indeed...better than what I expected or projected in my spreadsheet...and this is only 1st Q mind you. According to my spreadsheet if this result builds on the success of each qtr, we should see HK trading at between 25cts to 35cts or even more (on a better PE) in the year 2014, based on diluted eps at rmb 0.0064 for whole of 2014 which is more than double that of 2013. Great timing David to call for consolidation.

So question I have for him is WHY? Why? Why Why   consolidation? Really suay for him to call for consolidation if he meant it for no other reason other than reducing transaction cost. So we all have to grind him gau gau...until he vomits blood. Of coz, there is a reason..and I believe a good one too..and it is hidden only to him and the BoDs but what he officially announce is what matters, coz that is the one that counts and affects the px. So if you say sh1t and dont mean it, the market takes it that way and your px gets a wallop.

So I urge you to flood HK's mailbox asking David not to delay the SGM. Please attend the SGM and put them under pressure. Delivering a good set of result is no justification for RSS. He has to do better than giving a flimsy reason..and I need to know what is the actual reason? Dont we? If he can deliver good sound business reasons and shareholder wholeheartedly approves..the px will rocket based on this good set of results and approval from shareholders.

 Alert Admin 		no la, i wont do that. wont even go agm. Just tiam tiam suffer myself. Go agm still need to spend on transport costs eat that pathetic snack i dont see the practicality. If the worst happens,Will just forget that i ever own this crap stock loh. Not negative, just preparing for the worst. Save hard for my marriage in 2 years time. Hopefully tings will turn out alright and have enough by then to pay for banquet everyting etc. If not enuff, then think of how to cut down on tings liao. No choice bo bian.
