Now  STI has only just started shedding from  near term peak today with its  first day of red candle. I do not think this  marks the  end of correction  for STI or that it has bottomed out in one day so why  should i go long on CPL at this moment trusting CPL  will turn up  at the onset (start)  of a  broad market correction? Unlike us, we vote- but chinese don vote- they riot. This is the main worry for the comminist. They  don want to see histry repeat  (4th june) again. So they will take all they can, even used all their reserve just to keep the country stable. They  understd that many chinese are dissatify with their policies, and they are trying to solve . 1) to make sure everyone can afford to buy house  by introducing v.home. 2) increased yuan so to fight inflation.

Isolator is not a shortist, he long also. I believe he also picking up at this kind of price. As for me, my group has absorb quite nos today eps. at 3.11 level. Almost used up half a m. But we keep our fingers cross. We do not expect price will rebounce so soon. We will take some at a time, averages down. Our duration is 1-5 yrs. Whatever it is, we used it as a savings account. For those who holding power limited, pls dont. Fundamental is ok, but cos everyone is worry about sg n china outlook. Esp china. i read a copy from my friend (fund manager) saying 64 million empty units in china. They worry " bubble" will burst anytime. But those who " in" the market knows it won happen, as for now. cos 1) most buyers have low leverage- they put at least 50% deposit, in other words , bank had less exposure to property loan. 2) banks are the most crucial, cos bubble burst occurred, only when bank stop lendings. As for now, their RRR is 20-40%. Banks have large reserve to fall on. 3) Chinese govt had already reserved " a certain amount" from their reserve, recently (not reported" ) to standby if any bubble burst. 4) Now they allow the yuan to increased value, not increased rate. to tamp inflation. 5) Govt is planning to " take over" those empty units and converted into " low valued" units (planning now) They are now planning to cut interest rate in the 2nd quarter, to allow 1st time buyer (with subsidy) to buy units. So ss can be sustain. This will happen in the 2nd quarter. what goes down will goes up. If u are long term, need no worry of the price drops- since u are not going to sell if even it goes up to $4/-. If down, prepare to averages. This is my personnel view. Learn from warren buffet- he never think twice when price down further. he just buy when he finds is cheap. and holds a long time. Coke is an example. He hold for the last 30yrs....
