But just to get things straight on the rates, whatever we have discussed from Day 1 this will be our rates. We only have 2 tier pricing and to be honest institutional rates are given most of the time to our White Label Partners and IBs and hedge fund partners. Very seldom to retail clients, this is actually a highly exceptional arrangement J

For market depths, we provide up to 5 levels. Subscription fee is 30sgd (paid directly to the exchange and debited out from your account on a monthly basis).

And yes of course at the end of the day its pretty tiring to switch providers often, its good to take our time and evaluate very carefully the best provider for you with the best rates.
