x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	25April i was at Fullerton Hotel for its AGM-1)Mgt is confident not terminating of contracts or do not take delivery for its vessels despite the turmoil and credit tightening there. 2) Future bright as more contracts expecting with shipyards at Vietnam and Brazil functioning 3) growth co with strong dividends( first yr 8% and last yr 10%) but why STX Europe want to sell instead of wait as their earlier saleof 20% amounting to 23,041mil at $1.33 each to Och-Ziff Holding ,a H.K investment fund has reap them great benefits as price has appreciated and they also entitled to the dividends ex today 26April.Th e investment fund is in for long haul too 4) Directors not worried about competition as they are specialised niche vessels builder   5)IPO proceeds Nok 0mil from 180,000,000 shares at 79cts in Oct 2010 and dividends to date given out 544NOK millions.Co has strong cash balances with 3064 NOK millions(verses 2851NOK  millions-  2010)   ) 17mil shares granted to executive directors and employees on 9May 2011 with exercise price ranging from $1.20 to $1.60 still not exercisd yet...I believe they know co has not shown its full potential yet.   I believe share price will stay above $1.50,just keep more in your cpf and get good dividend yield better than FDs and % paid by cpf-just my 2 cts opinion

Thus each have their strengths and selling points. Hope after today AGM at 10am there will be positive news about the sale and there should be a push.
