CIMB in an Aug 4 research report says: "Epure announced that it has inked a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a Saudi government-linked power and water utility provider, Marafiq, for a milestone wastewater treatment contract worth Rmb562 million.
"This EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contract, if concluded at the end of FY2009, would boost earnings visibility for the group. EPC projects typically span 12-18 months, implying much faster project turnaround. We like this strong cash-generation aspect which renders EPC companies’ risk-reward profiles attractive. We have raised our FY2010-2011 earnings forecasts by 5-14% to reflect potential contributions from this high-margin EPC contract. Our P/E target has also been lifted to 14x (10x previously) CY10 P/E to reflect an industry-wide re-rating. As a result, our target price rises from 52 cents to 73 cents.

Hi surge88 , the chart of Epure is not as strong as the others in its class , ADX is already top n turning down , daily MACD is showing weak trend ahead , but the weekly is still okay . Set your stop-loss protection , it may go down to 55.5 cents if the momemtum does not improve .

midas is being bought up on Friday with a huge vol ... the buyer is U?b , everytime the buy up is more than 3k lots of deal and slowly eat up ... so i believe sometime next week it may shoot up again .... BB is pushing ... so that they can unload as well ... anyway, catch the right timing, sell in strength ..... next week should be the turn for S-chips to run up base on a good performance of SSE run up again after the selldown on wednesday .... HSI may follow, expecially HSBC earning due on next Tuesday .... alot ppl in HK fourm saying will be crazy buy up day again .. cheers

This stimulas package will definitely be in the huge favour of property developers and environmentalist companies, such as Epure itself. For environment protection alone, approximately 6.5% of the Rmb4t or Rmb260m will be pump-primed into the industry. With this massive capital injection, demand for project servicing and facilities management will continue to grow in 2009, which would mean more businesses for Epure. Midas is a good stock. But i didn't go in first. Bc i find Midas up fast n down fast within the range of 0.83 to 0.88. Emm seens like alot of people are trying to profit first. Thus i'm going in later. Hopefully still can get it at good price. Maybe next week see first. But may also not going in, as i am monitoring another stock (also China related n more expensive than Midas)........... May opt fr it.

Err...sorry for being vague. I'm asking about the support level if there's a correction again over the next 2 weeks or so. This should be unlikely..but I hope to preserve some kopi money if it happens (touch wood) as I've bot some at $0.565 recently. Thanks.
