hi. everyone. Just for isolator, i am not disappear. I just came back from my long vocations from europe. For yr info, i always advised pple to have holding power in order to buy capland. To able to win :big" in this counter, so long as the company fundamental is ok, then i will go " long" . I intend to increase my holdings. I had said that this yr is a consolidation yr . 1) China will not increased any rates soon 2) US situation is politically motivated - a reason to force the opposition to increase their debt ceiling, as now they will do. And also FED may be thinking of continuing the QE 3) Enrope is fine. I asked pple around, and they are confident that the Greece problem will be solve. But in my view, the EU should let Greecce collaspe. Take out the " bad" apple before it spread to the " good" apples. As for the company, they have to buy more lands. Increaing their landbank , is to make sure that they have to keep business going. Jurong area is a potential area- as the next " CBD" . In my many yrs experiences, developers in singapope never lose money, cos they can hold if the market is unfavourable. |

capland's second highest EBIT (earning before interest and tax) after sg is china, followed by other parts of asia and australia according to the presentation for 1Q2011....so at least theres some gd risk management as the geographical locations are diversified.... | ||||

$3.10 is critical support.... if it goes below psychological $3 next support about $2.80.... the $3-$3.10 support is a strong one for slightly more than 2 years... | ||||

Anything below $3 is a good buy. This solid blue chips company is definitely worth more than that. It has been oversold. The 2nd qtr will be reporting better revenue ...
