Majority of analysts predicted Euro Central Bank (ECB)  will refrain at least till next mth from cutting interest rates and Bank of England from pumping more money into the economy. But there are those in both mkts who see a risk of such moves already on Thurs. ECB is expected to take further steps to help banks. Hopes for near-term policy measures (both from politicians and central banks), are helping investors to take a break from a sell-off triggered by growing concerns about damage to  d banks from any Greek sovereign default. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	US jobless claims went back up above the 400k mark to 401k, ECB did not reduce their interest rate tho they increased early this year, so euro side will be affected. Plus ECB chief mentioned that Euro will b facing greater downside risk.  So not really that unexpected. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i pulled out the chart after u mention it actually.. its much better in comparison to olam.. for upside movement that is.. whether it goes up is another matter entirely...... the only reason why i avoided sakari initially  was because of the margin... no worries, i understand that, from a broader view, the entire market is still on a downtrend.... i'm actually just targeting $2.10.. but  will see how market moves... i think i'll keep kepland in view and give capland a miss.. but i think  i will give  it a miss  if they do gap up tomorrow... cheers =) alexchia01      ( Date: 06-Oct-2011 17:23) Posted: I hope you are not buying because I said it can reach $2.25. You should know that this is a short-term trade to me and I'm going to be very sensitive to market changes for this one. Once I sense a change in market sentiment, I'll exit Sakari immediately. Because from a broader view, Sakari is still a down trending counter and market mood is still on the downward side. Frankly, I'm not so hot about property counters at this time. Both looks like they are reversing up, but I don't really know which one is going to perform better. Kepland does looks like it has more room for bigger profits, but today's performance is quite disappointing. Capland's performance is better today, but upside seems limited.
