There are unknown risk factors surfacing anytime soon... and Tomorrow US will announce the FED rates. Don't know the outcome yet. For me, I will stay clear... till I see a clearer sky ahead then I invest. :-) Hope it is not too late...? Nobody know. :-p |

I've taken my $$ off the table already. Dun have good feeling now that it will head upward. Nikkei coming down from morning surge, DOW Futures in red, may see selldown in the afternoon...watch out. |

Yes, this baby up and down alot. But also make it a great counter for taking cash.... It too volatile to hold for long to my liking. Anyway, bought at the low and sold at Friday high, meet my target earning... Will come back to these counter again. |

just hold onto this baby lah. it's rebounding. low of 5.9. likely to hit previous high of 8.1. if not by fed cut date, then in jan. note that cosco daily movement has always been volatile (ie, large range). so a 65c movement is nothing much out of the ordinary. vested. caveat emptor. |

No. Not because of STX. Credit Suisse has initiated its coverage of Cosco with an "outperform" rating and a target price of $7.90, citing the Chinese shipbuilding firm's robust growth outlook. "We expect the company's net order book to expand to $12.5 billion in '08 from $9.5 billion in '07," said Credit Suisse analyst Haider Ali. |

I think the surge is concerning this.....STX Pan Ocean Co., Ltd. (?the Company?) wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 November 2007 entered into a shipbuilding contract with COSCO(Zhoushan) Shipyard Co. Ltd., China, in respect of the construction of four (4) Supramax sized bulk carriers at a price of around US$40 million per unit to be delivered in the first half of 2010. The shipbuilding contract is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors in the forthcoming Board of Directors? Meeting. |
