Current Price: S$1.72 Fair Value: S$1.96 BUY Previous Rating: HOLD 4QFY10 results above expectation. OSIM International Ltd (OSIM) delivered a strong set of 4QFY10 results last evening which beat market and our estimates. Revenue declined 5.9% YoY to S$132.6m while net profit surged 108.3% YoY to S$16.9m. The YoY decline in revenue was due mainly to the conversion of GNC Australia into franchised outlets, but this helped to improve profitability. Sequentially, revenue and net profit increased 13.6% and 30.1% respectively. For FY10, OSIM's revenue increased 6.7% to S$508.7m, which was 2.1% above our forecast (2.4% below consensus). Its bottomline jumped 114.6% to S$50.1m and this was significantly higher than our estimate of S$41.5m (vs. consensus' estimate of S$45.9m). The strong performance was due to better margins from product innovation and better operating efficiency. According to the National Bureau of Statistics of China, total retail sales of consumer goods in China grew 18.4% to RMB15.5t in 2010. We believe there is strong growth momentum for OSIM going forward. In view of the strong execution capabilities of the group's expansion plans, rollout of new innovative products and better- than-expected financial performance, we raise our FY11F earnings estimate by 18.1%. This in turn increases our fair value estimate from S$1.68 to S$1.96 (based on 22x FY11F EPS). Upgrade to BUY. |

Good Day Traders Too bad, Good news came too early for OSIM. Check below: http://www.remisiers.org/cms_images/OSIM-110127-OIR.pdf Sell on good news is always my practise to catch good profits.I am expecting good news to come later near 1.80-1.90 level after the breaking out the red top channel line. Nevertheless, the market is always right and don't be stubborn with our own view. Flow with the momentum of the market instead. Made 17% in the trade while previously was a great run with 39% profits. A great nice ride to end now and scanning for the next pick with my propietary scanner again.

Osim International 4Q net income doubles, sales fall 26 JANUARY 2011 19:20 Osim International said its fourth-quarter net income more than doubled to $17 million from $8 million a year earlier. Sales in the quarter declined 6% to $133 million from $141 million, the company said in a statement to the Singapore stock exchange today. |

IIFL recommends BUY with Target Price at $1.80 OSIM Ltd continues to expand its store network with net addition of about 50 OSIM stores and 29 Richlife/GNC stores in first nine months of 2010. We expect the company to add another 10 OSIM stores and 41 Richlife/GNC stores in 4QFY10ii. In line with the expanding store network, we expect OSIM Ltd to report a profit growth of 78% YoY with a 300bps expansion in net profit margin for the full year FY10ii. We expect the company to continue growing its Richlife business in China. OSIM Ltd would add 75 new OSIM stores and 85 new Richlife stores each year in China between FY11-12 resulting in a 30% profit CAGR during FY10ii- 12ii. The stock trades at 20.2x FY11ii and 16.1x FY12ii earnings. We have a BUY rating on the stock and a target price of S$1.80. Continuing on its growth path • For the full year FY10ii, we expect OSIM Ltd’s revenue to grow by 10% and profit to grow by 78%. The EBITDA margin is expected to expand by more than 250bps YoY, while the net profit margin is expected to expand by 300bps YoY in FY10ii. We estimate 4QFY10ii revenue to grow by 6% YoY and profit to grow by 4% YoY. Counting on China to support future growth • The group’s’ organic expansion is now focused entirely on China. We expect addition of 75 new OSIM stores and 85 new Richlife stores each year in China over FY11-FY12. • We expect number of GNC & Richlife stores to double from 217 in Q3FY10 to 448 FY12ii. GNC & Richlife would contribute about 30% of the total revenue in FY12ii from the current 25%. • We estimate OSIM Ltd will report over 30% profit CAGR during FY10ii- 12ii with about 100bps expansion in net profit margins. We have a BUY rating and target price of S$1.80 • We have a BUY rating on the stock and a price target of S$1.80, which implies multiple of 21.3x FY11ii and 17.0x FY12ii earnings.
