ok, i consider to close my blog for public, only for my friends. no idea y it behave like noble etc half way retreat. there is a 0ne cent falling window at 2.43 - 2.44, market weak, otherwise one c any time can close.

from valuation perspective, it is cheaper than capland... Previously why it is so much higher is because their township projects is less risky than capland's commercial projects... Now people realised they are as risky... | ||||

Newbie questions: How does one do " shorting" ? Do we need a special account with the broker to borrow the shares to sell? Do the internet trading platforms like KayHian provide facilities to short? Thanks for any guidance.
