x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Per today announcement, judgment has been obtained by SLD against Transcu on 26th April 2013 for the sum of S$1,469,218.9/-. On the contrary, such important announcement has not been disclosed by Transcu to its shareholders prior to 26th April 2013 until today.  How about any past similar important announcement Transcu's shareholder was not informed timely too??? Can Transcu shareholder files a complain to SGX ??? Tks

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It was not a good news, something about a creditor  asking for the debt to be repay, they are still in discussion, maybe until end of Monday then will has the conclusion. Just hope that they can come to some agreement and arrangement.
