As compare to the peak , this is bottom zone , but if compare to the rock bottom of only 7 cents , then 21  cents may be is the short term high . If the market correction won't last long , may be  this counter could make a key reversal , then those ugly candles could be overcome .

It is normal for volume to expand with rising prices and contract with declining ones. Anything to the contrary is abnormal and warns of an impending trend reversal.

Example: if prices move higher and volume goes lower. It is a warning sign that the price is about to go to the downside.

I think you would agree with me that volume leads price during rallies.

It is normal for volume to expand with rising prices and contract with declining ones. Anything to the contrary is abnormal and warns of an impending trend reversal.

Example: if prices move higher and volume goes lower. It is a warning sign that the price is about to go to the downside.

We are at "Wait and See" state. Buyers are not enthusiast enough to pick up the stock.

Duirng bullish trends it is nornal for volume to lead the price.

March 12 2009 Volume is high but much lower than the recorded high and price pickup. Why? Positive divergence.

May 26 2009 HongX has a recorded volume. The share price shoot up. The next day price trumble. Why? Negative divergence.

You want another example?

Sorry which indicator u are referring?

I don't use too many indicator. " Too many cooks, spoil the soup"

Normally I use 2, the most 3. Divergence is detected with end of day data.

Significant can only seen after a divergence.

In my earlier post:

"One thing for such, if u have observed the market, is that with a negative divergence price will come down pretty fast. Unlike positive divergence, price usually will take a longer time to rise esp with external factors and human psyschology."
