But investing in private property really must think twice and access the financial ability. Like calculate your loan ability with about 3-5% interest instead of the low interest rate about 1 to 1.5%. No matter how, due to inflation, property price will be with  sinus curve but pointing up. To me, the current property price is at the high peak of the sinue curve and going to go down soon, but after certain years, it will pick up again. As such, must be with strong financial to navigate all the cycles. He may still live with old schools style to rely on internal news and paper news which are also part of speculations from banks and brokers, may be no true.  My uncle is remisier too but when he talked about stock, I will stay away and vomit. Because his news are old and behind market trend. My vision is 3 to 6 months ahead and he don't agree with me. But most of the time, I am right and predict successfully. But he still insist his view. What a point to argue with an old uncle? we shall be more capable and overtake them, the decade is belong to us.

But thermal coal is 54dollars per tons but coking coal is 120dollars per tons. Drop?, no matter how coking coal it will not cheaper than thermal coal, because coking coal can burn higher temperature which is even better than thermal coal.  As such, really bullshiitttt, all these brokers...  I bought my first batch of Ausgroup at 35.5cents, all the brokers rating are negative, it include in all share website.  Whoever read this post. It is time for you to believe Brokers recommendation is bullshhhittttt. 10 out of 10 brokers said the stock is good, you must run. 2 out of 10 brokers said is good and other keep quiet, you must buy!!!
