x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I dont think Fincantieri has announced anything. I dont think anybody has announced anything. The 'Korean' news about 1.60 takeover we all had about 10 days ago was basically 'pure rumour with no basis'. There is no numbers, no deals, no announcements. Nothing at all. So...Just concentrate on the company fundamentals.... Stock rose for a day and then keep dropping.... x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi friends, Catching a falling knife in a downtrend market is dangerous. I would say forget about the takeover or whatever it is. We only know that STX Corp is selling their 51% shares...at what price? Nobody knows. But we know OZ Funds bought at 1.33 last year...and since then, STX OSV has done well in its fundamental, and I believe they will do well also this year with or without Greece in Euro. Now its is trading at 7x PE 12... anything lower will be interesting for accumulation. I am waiting on the sidelines looking at the PE numbers and ignoring all the noises... Good Luck.

I own stamford land and is very happy when they announced they sign MOU to sell 3 of its hotels at a premium, but the sale did not went through and I buy more shares when the share price surges after the announcement :(
