according to the article, the money (lifeline) should be in tomorrow latest. my invest paiseh i'm ikan belis fraction of 1%. Anyway just park there. Now monitor oyher counter, how you find cse one veteran said got potential ?

Of course the AGT is not dumb, they are well advised to invest US$3,500,000. Mine is not even 1% of it, how about you UPRR18 ??? If the AGT invest such amount, the board will present their account, order book and whatever .... Mr Lawrence would also have tea with them. For us just ride on the coattail of the AGT cannot be that wrong, I guess. Question is when ??? Cheers

UPRR18, you are absolutely right. None of our investment can beat what AGT has just invested US $3,500,000 in Transcu. So if we are dumb, can I say the AGT is dumber. Of course, they are well advised. Stay invested SUBSCRIPTION OF BONDS BY AGT As mentioned in the 5 October 2012 announcement, the Company had set aside a portion of the proceeds from the Bonds Issue to assist TL in its rental repayments. As of the date of this announcement, AGT has informed the Company that it intends to subscribe for tranches of Bond Issue amounting to US$3,500,000 and the Company should expect to receive the proceeds within the next seven (7) days. The Company anticipates that part of the proceeds received from the Bond Issue to be sufficient to settle the Judgment Debt before the Agreed Standstill Deadline. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution in trading their Shares. The Company will make the necessary announcements when there are further developments. Shareholders are advised to read this announcement and any further announcements by the Company carefully. Shareholders should consult their stock brokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the actions they should take. my friens attended the egm said that they will update their website and publish info about the bme machine. i thought the initial order is 27 units. when the production is up and running. ho say huat ah

not very cute, maybe a little bit. i think quite long den vested a little bit. with the bme machines got chance la bro. we also sometimes like that keep something at the right time den reveal. hopefully we can hear more good news .... cheers | ||

I, however quite dismayed over the announcement of " Subscription of Bonds By AGT" . Firstly, in order to ensure a transparent and strong governance of the company, Transcu has to update its shareholders timeliness of the material impacts & developments of the company etc. Evidently, Transcu has failed to do so. Likes most of the companies do, when they first served a Summon petition of a court case, the company has to immediately update its shareholders of its development. Secondly, referring to the announcement " Subscription of Bond by ACT" , what does it tell the shareholders? Bond Subscription only??? Are the shareholders suppose to read the " fine line" in order to understand it's relating to a legal battling??? Thirdly, are
the shareholders being informed what is all about Both " judgement
Debt" & " Agreed standstill deadline" ??? There is no such
earlier material announcement elaborating on its progress till then ??? |

the lifeline should be in by the 9 july or maybe sooner. i'm sure the agt is not stupid to put money in during this time unless he is convinced that the bb is turning around. Why complaining against your own interests? Actually, the announcement says they are in the negotiations mode. Once they are ready and price going to climb, it would be settled. It is always like that in the stock market.

Transcu is underperforming company! No networth of keeping this stock. Just look at what happen after this company is released from Watch list.. Do you see any performance? Now shareholders are all stuck in this counter due to high expectation that Transcu cannot deliver. |
