x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The problems in China stocks market in my view are 1) too much IPO with high P/E (as much as 50 ) and cash calls in the pass that drained out market resources. 2) low or no dividend payout ( currently they have changed the rules to pay out 30% of net) 3) too much insider trading ! 4) market driven more by policy than fundamental. 5) index link short selling. 6) untrustable accounts. 7) retail participation completely dry out !
