I will probably hold out for my target price. The risk is there nothing is for sure. If the next quaterly report is lacklustre hehe ...

Nothing carve on stone like I said earlier. It will be a sell then.

I will be away in early Oct so I kinda need to pay some attention to those dates too. With 90 lots I will have 18 rts. Average 1.69 I will lose money if I dun take up those rts as I am not selling yet

It is stated very clearly here.

It means you will get the rts offer statement on 22nd Sep or perhaps 1, 2 days later depending on the efficiency of the post office in your area. It is also when you can choose to buy the rts or trade them as "nil-paid" rts within the trading period.
