x 1   x 1  Alert Admin	Finally received the circular for SGM. 3.2mil out of 5mil from Tranche 1 convertible notes will  be used to finance the expenses related to proposed RTO. 20mil from Tranche 2 to 4 will be used for proposed acquisition of IAH.
